We maintain an uncompromising zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child abuse, sexual harassment, neglect, or exploitation. All confreres, staff, and volunteers undergo strict Working With Children Checks (WWCC) and continuous safeguarding training.
We actively participate in the National Redress Scheme, recognizing past harms and providing institutional support, independent counseling, and formal apologies to victims and survivors.

Mọi tu sĩ, thỉnh sinh, nhân viên và tình nguyện viên Scalabrini đều phải tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt Bộ quy tắc ứng xử và các chuẩn mực đạo đức Kitô giáo.
Mọi ý kiến đóng góp, phản ánh hay khiếu nại về hành vi sai trái hoặc lo ngại an toàn sẽ được lắng nghe tận tình, bảo mật tuyệt đối và xử lý công minh, nhanh chóng theo quy định của Giáo hội và pháp luật Việt Nam.
